These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Relinkin (www.relinkin.com), a service marketplace operated by Cybalgo. By booking a service or using the site you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Relinkin lets you book services performed by independent professionals that our team reviews and approves. You book and pay through Relinkin. Prices shown are the prices you pay, before any discount, points or tax shown at checkout. You must give accurate contact details, a correct service address and correct information about your vehicle.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a booking before the appointment starts and receive a full refund. Points used on a cancelled booking are returned to your wallet.

Rewards points and membership

Points are earned on completed bookings and can be redeemed at checkout under the rules shown on the site. Points have no cash value. Membership is optional and can be cancelled at any time.

SMS Terms

• Program: Relinkin (Cybalgo) sends one-time verification codes when you enter your mobile number, and — only if you check the consent box at checkout — booking confirmations, appointment reminders and service updates.
• Message frequency varies with your bookings.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or e-mail info@cybalgo.com.
• Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, create accounts for other people without their consent, or try to arrange bookings outside Relinkin to avoid its terms.

Liability

Services are performed by independent professionals. To the extent the law allows, Cybalgo is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
