Is Relinkin free to use?+
Yes. Creating an account, searching and booking are free — you only pay for the services you book. Membership is optional and can be cancelled at any time.
How do I earn points?+
You earn 100 points for every $100 you spend on a completed booking, with any provider. Points are added to your wallet as soon as the provider marks the service as completed.
What are my points worth?+
1,000 points give you $5.00 off. You can use them at checkout for up to 50% of a booking, with any provider on the marketplace.
Do points expire?+
Points are valid for 12 months after you earn them. The oldest points are always used first.
How does the referral programme work?+
Share your personal link. When a friend signs up with it and completes a booking of $50.00 or more, you earn 500 points and your friend earns 100. The reward is paid after the service is completed, not at sign-up.
What do members get?+
Members earn points faster — up to 2× — and get higher referral rewards. Many providers also add their own member perks: a lower member price, bonus points or a free add-on.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Yes. You can cancel before your appointment starts and you are refunded in full. Any points you used go straight back to your wallet.
How are providers selected?+
Every business applies and is reviewed by our team before it appears on the marketplace. Reviews can only be written by customers who completed a booking, so ratings reflect real visits.
I run a service business. What does it cost?+
There is no listing fee and no monthly fee. You pay a commission only on bookings that are completed, and you see the fee and your earnings on every one.
