Relinkin is a service marketplace operated by Cybalgo (“Relinkin”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use www.relinkin.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us when you book: your name, e-mail address and mobile phone number.
• Booking details: the service address, information about your vehicle (year, make, model, size, color), access instructions, dates, notes and reviews.
• Payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Rewards and referral activity: points earned and redeemed, membership and referral codes.
• Technical data such as your IP address and browser, used for security and to prevent fraud.

How we use your information

• To create your account, confirm your e-mail address and phone number, and sign you in.
• To arrange, confirm and carry out your bookings, including sharing the service address and vehicle details with the professional who performs the service.
• To send you messages about your bookings by e-mail and, if you agreed, by text message.
• To manage your rewards points, membership and referrals.
• To keep the marketplace safe, prevent fraud and comply with the law.

Text messages (SMS)

When you enter your mobile number we send you a one-time code to confirm it. If you check the box to receive booking text messages, Relinkin (Cybalgo) may also send you booking confirmations, appointment reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms in our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only to send the messages described above and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with the professional who performs your booking, and with service providers that help us run Relinkin (hosting, payments, e-mail and text message delivery), who may use it only on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is open and as long as needed for bookings, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Update your details from your account, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information.
